-Modify seating and other habits to improve comfort
-Initiate gentle, rhythmical movement to relax spasms often associated with back and neck pain; dress comfrotably.
You’ll feel better by the end of the session!

Nancy Davison PT, LAc,  the “Qi Lady”, will be teaching this workshop herself.  Her DVD Back ‘n Motion is based on Qigong and her own experience with back pain.  She has managed her own pain for more than 15 years using these techniques.  Everyone who attends the workshop will receive a copy of the DVD.
